Biography
Originally from Hokkaido, currently living in Tokyo, Japan.
Graduated from Hokkaido University(Medicine)
After working as a medical technologist at a university hospital, I studied web design and marketing while working part-time jobs, and has been involved in website production since 2018.
For the past three years or so, he has mainly been involved in proposing improvements to the UIUX of business systems and web applications.
My favorite food is spicy curry and favorite color is magenta.
Job description
- Defining requirements and negotiating paperless operation for a major association website renewal, and fundamentally reviewing UX flow and writing
- Proposing UI improvements to a bicycle parking lot DX system (improving operability and visibility for elderly users)

Related work experience outside of work history
During my apprenticeship period before I changed jobs and was able to work in the web industry,
I worked many part-time jobs to earn a living and broaden my social experience.
Some of the part-time and side job experiences that were useful in my carrer are below.
- At a recruitment agency, writing job slogans and creating advertising banners
- Inside sales at an outbound call center (Experienced products include solar panels and collecting unwanted items)

I can think essential business problems from the perspective of "how things should be" and "how they are presented", and design that work backwards from goals and emotions, as well as interactions that make actions smoother.
Originally, I became interested in design due to my complex about not having a sense of aesthetics.
That's why I'm good at giving meaning to each decoration and color scheme and putting it into words, communicating by making full use of the characteristics of displays and browsers, and proposing redesigns for user actions beyond the screen.
My business perspective, which is not just about appearance but also about contributing to profits, business efficiency, and turnover, and my experience working directly with many people in the customer service industry and gaining insight into the essence of human behavior and emotions are my strengths that set me apart from other creators.

Behavioral flow and information designI have been interested in layouts and interactions that take into account the psychology and behavior of users on the other side of the screen, so I am even more enthusiastic about organizing information into appropriate flows and arrangements and putting it into UI (mockups and components).
Rather than just saying "it's a common design," I make proposals and information design that give meaning to the layout, color, and each wording to encourage action.

I strive to create clear code that is easy to handle not only in terms of labor hours, but also in terms of long-term maintenance and specification expansion.
In particular, I have a lot of experience in WordPress scratch construction projects.With experience in both design and coding, when handing over to engineers, I will consider a natural UI, interactions using CSS, and screen transitions that encourage smooth user behavior by translating it into code and dynamic data.

In addition to web design requests, we also receive requests to rewrite catch phrases, main copy, and sales letters.
I'm also good at structuring which sections to show in which text.I regularly write articles of 3,000 to 5,000 characters and have experience attracting customers with content and ranking highly in Google searches.
In addition to being SEO-friendly, I'm conscious of creating a "site that sells" and encourage engagement with hit killer words.

Design
I mainly use Figma and Photoshop. I can also creating assets and atomic designs (components, variants, molecules) in Figma.
My design taste is more realistic than elastic, and I am good at creating a luxurious feel.

Coding
In addition to HTML and CSS,
highly scalable sites can be created using Wordpress theme functions and plugins,
and dynamic design is possible using interactive expressions and syntax using Javascript.
For CSS, I often use SCSS.
Backoffice skills
I have no problem with the Office operations required for my daily work. (Recently I often use Google Docs and Spreadsheets.)
In Excel, I can create graphs and perform basic spreadsheet calculations and calculations using if statements.

(I will not accept requests for obviously unreasonable deadlines or requests for meaningless urgency.) - Because I have worked in the customer service industry for a long time, I have observed many people's psychology and behavioral characteristics in real situations (for example, people will not read instructions written in a noticeable font), which became the origin of my UI ideas.
- I do not just do what I am told, but actively make constructive suggestions.
(On the other hand, it's easy to lose motivation if you are told to just do what you're told or if your opinions are rejected outright.) - I have experience working for both large companies with complex decision-making processes and fast-moving ventures.
I will make a wide range of proposals that take into account various possibilities, the client's intentions, and the operating system.
